TOS COMMS

user automatically agrees to this tos by commissioning me.user has to pay 50% of the money up front and will pay the rest once the piece is finished. artwork will be watermarked through the entire process until the art is fully payed.once the piece is finished, the commissioner has a 24hour period to get refunded if they feel like the piece was not up to their standards. note; i will always send wips to make sure the art is going in the desired direction, user can request changes at that time.if a user wishes for a refund in the period of 24hours they will no longer own the commission, permission for the user to use the work will be revoked.
